Weaving Workshop with Imrana Tanveer

Learn how to hand weave with local artist Imrana Tanveer. In this workshop, Imrana will teach you how to create beautiful and personally valuable hand-woven pieces out of recycled and discarded materials off-loom by hand. You will be able to create your own golden creations at home.

Recalibrate your understanding of worth and value as we explore how to create sustainably. Throughout, there will be discussion of how we value materials and how value judgements can change easily.

This workshop is open to anyone over the age of 12. All children under the age of 18 must be supervised by an adult.
