Camel & Jeans love to celebrate local food. They’ve cooked Liverpudlian food in Liverpool, cockney food in East London, and Iranian food in- well, Islington, but only because they couldn’t afford the bus fare to Iran. But what do you do when the area you’re cooking in doesn’t have a famous cuisine? Well, create one of course!
